Women’s day to me is the celebration of how far we’ve come and how much more there is to accomplish. It’s about our freedom. It’s looking back on generations of women in my family, up to where I am now and being thankful for the independence I’ve been blessed with. It’s about being unapologetically chingona. It’s about my momma and every single woman around me that has helped me grow in to the human I am today. – Lucy Rubio, Co-founder of Noru Boutique

To me, women’s day is a time to celebrate achievements of all women. From the magic of mothers to the empowerment of boss ladies, women are incredible. This photoshoot helped me to realize my own achievements as a woman and celebrate them. It also allowed me to celebrate the incredible boss women I am surrounded by, so thank you! – Sara Beckwith, Owner of Priq Candle Co

Taking photos with fellow badass women who are building their businesses from the ground up was so powerful. I love celebrating women’s day every year cause it is a reminder to the world that we need to continue to empower women everywhere to embrace all that makes us who we are. – Delfina Robles, Owner of Of the Oak
